The AE2000 Series features CCIS© LWD Plan Achromatic Phase contrast objectives. The N-WF 10X/20 eyepieces provide a fast sample overview, while the diopter adjustment of +/- 5 dpt allows a perfect adaption to the individual eye-sights.

Inverted microscopes for routine microbiology. The pre-defined optical setup is ready for the inspection of native samples. The Fixed-Koehler illumination with interchangeable light source (HAL/LED) assures a safe and energy-saving usage.

Illumination
The AE2000 microscopes feature a 30W Halogen illumination system in a Fixed-Koehler setup. The Halogen light source can easily be replaced by eco-friendly 3W LED modules of different color temperatures (4500K, 6000K).
Mechanics
The fixed stage plate carries a glass insert for a quick look on the objective in use. Focusing is done by the 4-fold substage nosepiece. A smooth drive through cell cultures and water samples is easily performed by a fine focus of 2µ minimum increment.

Contrast Methods
LWD Phase contrast objectives are already part of the basic packages. One illumination ring Ph1 covers the objectives 10X/0.25, 20X/0.30 and 40X/50. An optional 4X/0.10 Phase contrast objective with separate illumination ring Ph0 is available.
